Laura Eleftheria Labrou is a graduate of the Psychology department of Coventry University and holds a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Cambridge. She has also attended a number of seminars and postgraduate development courses in the fields of psychology and psychotherapy, gaining extensive experience in a wide range of her field, including cases with developmental disorders as well as behavioral problems.

She has worked in schools and pupil referral units in England since 2013, and collaborated with charities such as Blue Smile and Stars that provide psychotherapy for children and teenagers. She specializes in integrative psychotherapy using the arts and play. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

From 2022, she maintains a private practice in Argyraina, Mykonos, from where she provides face to face and online therapeutic sessions.
